Description of Cliff End Bungalow

62 Cliff End is a fully equipped  two bedroom bungalow.  There is a double bed in the main bedroom and a bunk bed for two in the second bedroom.  There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.  Parking is immediately to the right (as shown in the above photo).

We have tried to supply all we can think of to enable our guests to have a comfortable, self catering holiday.  There is a kitchen / living room with TV and all the other necessities.  The cooker is electric and there is a toaster, microwave and of course a fridge.

At the nearby site of Brambles (about half a mile away) there is a small shop and a laundry room.

The bathroom is a medium / good size and has a bath with overhead shower.  We have done our very best to make this website as accurate and honest as we can, so that you know exactly what to expect and don’t have any disappointments for your holiday

At the nearby site of Brambles (about half a mile away) there is a small shop and a laundry room.  Pets are not allowed, this is one of the conditions of owning the bungalow and is not us having anything against pets. It is also non smoking, in line with the legal requirement.
Availability is from mid February through to mid November

VIEWS FROM NO.62
Cliff End is a quieter, smaller site than the neighbouring Brambles site and being slightly higher with less density of bungalows enjoys spectacular views and sunsets.  Views of the world famous Needles, which are only 3.67 miles away (in a straight line) can be seen to the west just 5 metres in front of the patio, which is provided with a picnic table.  From the patio are splendid views of Colwell Bay, with the headland leading round to Totland Bay, on towards Alum Bay.

From Colwell / Needles moving to the left is Headen Warren, followed by Tennyson Down, then views of the West Wight until you are looking east, when the bay of Bouldnor, just east of Yarmouth comes into view.  From the side and out of the bedrooms of 62 Cliff End there are views of The Solent, with The Mainland and Hurst Castle.

The two photos above show the views from just outside the patio area, looking West.  Perfect evenings can be had sitting on the patio with a glass of wine watching the sun set over the Bay.
