Prices for 2011 - all prices per week

All prices above are per week.

Although our weeks run Saturday to Saturday, if you are planning a midweek break or long weekend, please call us.  As a general rule, it is easier to accommodate requests outside of peak season, but give us a call and we can see if we can help!

Easter Sunday is 24th April 2011.

We frequently get asked about the cost of ferry crossings to the Island and which is the cheapest crossing.  From our experience Red Funnel (www.redfunnel.co.uk) have been consistently cheaper than Wightlink (www.wightlink.co.uk) over the previous year, but we would always recommend that you check and compare.  Don't be afraid to phone them to ask for the cheapest crossing, they will often point out special offers and encourage you to book online if it will save you money - but they don't volunteer this information unless you ask about discounts.  It is also the case that if you book over the phone, you will be charged a booking fee, but not if you book online.  Like air travel, sometimes the best deals are to be had early on so don't put off booking until the week before ... another point to think about is an early or late crossing - but please let us know when you have made your booking so we can ensure that someone is onsite to meet you!

All prices include use of the laundry room facilities at Freshwater Fruit Farm.

To secure a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is required.  If you are booking less than 6 weeks in advance, we will require full payment where practical. 

If you require accommodation outside of these dates, or for part of a week, please contact us as the mobile homes are available all year.  The bungalow is available 42 weeks of the year.
