Refund Policy Of course we know that sometimes things happen that mean that you cannot take your holiday. To make it easier for you (and us!) we have written when we will, and will not, give refunds. Please read carefully. "I need to cancel my holiday, what do I do?" If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your stay, we will return the total you have paid, minus £5*. Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your stay, we will refund 50% of the total amount due (i.e. if your stay would cost £200, we will refund £100). Less than 4 weeks, we will not offer a refund. In all cases of cancellation by you, your mobile home will be available for third parties to book. So, if we then receive another booking for the same mobile home, we will refund all monies paid to us (minus £5*). For example, if you cancel on the 4th August for a stay that is due to begin on the 6th August, and we receive an enquiry leading to a booking for that same period, we will refund the total to you (minus £5*). "What happens if I want to change the week of my stay?" Usually, this is no problem and we will gladly change weeks. We accept that in many circumstances, school, work and family commitments can change even the best plans! If we have availability for your preferred week, we will happily re-book your accommodation at no additional cost (unless the week is more expensive of course). "What happens if I want to change the week of my stay but it is already booked?" Then sadly, it will be treated as a cancellation and you risk losing some (or all) of the cost of your holiday. We ask that you call John or Brenda at the earliest opportunity. * We believe that the charging of a £5 handling fee is fair. This reflects the postage, bank charges, phone calls and our time.
