Descriptions

We have three mobile homes and a holiday bungalow (off site, approximately three miles from the Farm). All with come equipped for self-catering with duvets, pillows, cutlery, TV, microwave and a pretty much endless supply of wildlife*. 3 Bedroom Kestrel

Lounge/dining area, kitchen, hallway, shower and hand basin, there is a separate W.C., 1 double room, bedrooms 2 & 3 have 2 single beds.

3 Bedroom Pheasant

Large lounge/dining area, kitchen, hallway, separate shower-room and W.C., 1 double room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 children's bedroom (two smaller beds - suitable for children up to the ages of 12 years and adults who don't need as much room, a cot side is available on request) This caravan is different to most mobile homes because the toilet and shower room are separate from each other - both with hand basins.

3 Bedroom Swallow

* The small print - we cannot guarantee what wildlife you will or will not see, that's the whole point, it is wild. We do not deliberately tame any of the animals, although if you wish to see a squirrel, toad or slow-worm (or whatever) during your stay, please ask John to help you look, he has been living in the area for many years and so is pretty knowledgeable to where they might be hiding!

2 Bedroom Holiday Bungalow

This is an open plan bungalow, with two bedrooms and bathroom. It is about three miles from Freshwater Fruit Farm, at Cliff End, which is nestled in-between Totland, Freshwater and Yarmouth. Although there is not as much wildlife to be seen, the views more than make up for it! From the front of the bungalow, the Needles, Totland Bay and Yarmouth appear just a stones throw away, and with an excellent footpath network, you can be on the beach in minutes ... well, about 15 if walking!

Equipment and Linen

All homes are fully equipped with all kitchen utensils etc. Duvets and pillows are provided in all of them but you will need to bring all bed linen.

Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

Smoking

All mobile homes are now non smoking, this is a legal requirement and we respectfully ask that should you wish to smoke, you do so outside of the mobile homes / bungalow at all times.

Pets

Dogs are allowed with prior permission only.
